It is with an extremely heavy heart that the club announces the lost of the legend Bill Beaumont.
Bill played for Epping for over 30 years, and earned the respect of not just those at the club, but also those he played against.
Bill was always open about his pride and love for the club, but that pride and love worked both ways and he will always be remembered with fondness for years to come, such is the massive impact he has had on all those who met him.
A minutes silence was held at the "Beaumont End" during the recent match with Abridge.
His memory will live on in the form of the Beaumont Trophy, and a permanent tribute to the great man will be in place at the ground he helped build as soon as we find something to match the massive iconic gentleman and player he was.
