Match report Under-strength Epping didnt post a commanding enough total at batting paradise Bilericay and paid the price.
Their 191 was at last 50 short of a par score on the Billericay road.
There were hopes of such a score with Dan Sibley, 52, and Dan Sly, 40no, going well but when Sibley went the tail fell away to leave the Sulkmaster stranded.
Earlier skipper Maynard made 20 and Marcus Webb 19.
Timbo Adams bowled valiantly to take 3 for 49 and Sibley's pies brought a fine innings from oppo skipper Paul Southgate (89) to an end.
But Billiericay were worthy five wicket winners and Epping's lack of bowling strength told.
