EPPING smashed more than 250 runs batting second to defeat local rivals Woodford Green at Lower Bury Lane.
The home side achieved a memorable victory with an over and a half to spare and two wickets in hand.
The win capped a 500-run feast which saw the batsmen prosper and bowlers struggle.
S Singh showed how easy the pitch was to bat on as he struck a fine century for Green.
He was untroubled as he made his way to a fine 115 and set his side on the way to a demanding 249 for 7 total.
For Epping's bowlers spin was most profitable with skipper Shahid Majeed 4-124 and Inzy Hasan 3-45 bowling 40 overs between them.
Jason Whiting started the Epping reply with his customary belligerence, making 27 before he was bowled by Raza.
Jacob Ellis (38) and Geoff Maynard (48) then laid the platform for the Epping victory surge.
And the finishing touches were supplied by Amjad Khan (40) and Farhan Haq (23).
Green wil rue a series of dropped catches which could have altered the result in their favour.
