Match report We had a fantastic day with the team today! Went to Chelmsford for the first time and we all enjoyed. They are really welcoming and enjoyed their lovely tea too.
We had couple of last minute dropouts but at the end Raj and Adam joined us to fulfil the squad!

Epping went to bat after losing the toss and made an electrifying start scoring 73 runs just in 8 overs. Balraj scored 49 before getting himself out on the boundary line! Unfortunately he couldn’t made is maiden half century yet but better luck next time.

After losing two set batsmen in 3 overs Epping had to slow down a bit but skipper Hasan and Epping’s Youngster Stanley kept ticking the scoreboard!

Last week’s badly injured Kiberiya came to bat with full confidence and straightway launched a boundary over mid on even though he was batting after 10 long years!!

We batted 40 overs after a sudden collapse in the lower middle order! Trevor Eaton And John Newman MBE two shield🛡 showed how to stay till end at the same time keeping scoreboard active!!

Fielding was exceptionally well, but total was so small on a genuine batting wicket! Couldn’t defend it but commitments were 100%.

Stan’s friend Adam was the best among us on the field !! 👍👍

Bajraj won the Man of the Match 🏅 medal ! Congratulations!
