Match report On a very hot day Tony elected to bat first on a good batting track. Making a fairly good start Epping managed to put on 50 only loosing one wicket. Although loosing a few quick wickets Jim Twitchett and Charles Barton were able to settle the team down both deserving half centuries. Epping finished on 202-7.

With an average score the Epping lads set about trying to win their first game of the season, however not to be. After what was a good start Romford took back control witha very destructive innings from Passola. Epping were blasted away with 10 overs to go.
